VINEYARD HERBS COOKING SCHOOL

The abundance of herbs in the magical Ungsberg seems endless! We found over 40 varieties together with our cooperation partner Maiga Werner from the natural herb garden in Frohnhofen. Thanks to our bio-dynamic management, they are all emerging from the ground again.

What could be more obvious than collecting them and processing them into wonderful dishes in a cooking course in the natural herb garden. Corresponding to our wines.

We organize a guided hike in the Ungsberg with expert herb picking and a subsequent cooking class and meal together according to your individual needs.

You will learn a lot about herbs and their importance for viticulture in the vineyard, and in the cooking class you will learn a lot about how to use herbs in the kitchen.
